Tilted Shed Ciderworks
Tilted Shed Ciderworks is small, family-run Sonoma County cidery producing the finest hard ciders using only local apples.
All of our ciders are made in Sonoma County from organic Sonoma County fruit. We use traditional cider apples (“spitters”), which were historically selected exclusively for cider, as well as heritage multipurpose apples, all of which add much-needed tannins, sugars, acid, and aromatics.

At Tilted Shed, everything is done by hand: growing our own cider apples, harvesting, sorting, pressing, fermenting, and bottling. As part of our commitment to biodiversity, we plant only heritage fruit. We also employ only organic methods on our own mixed-crop farm, which support healthy soil life and beneficial animals and insects.
We are a true, small-scale, family-run business that uses 100% local fruit — not a large, corporate enterprise that may ship in foreign or out-of-state juice, while marketing itself otherwise. We are regular people who love cider, and we think you will, too!
