Fireball Farm & Ciders is a small, family-run farm and cidery based in western Sonoma County, California.
On our 5.4-acre farm outside Sebastopol along the beautiful Gravenstein Highway, we grow a variety of vegetables and fruits, including nearly an acre of cider apples ... and counting! Currently we are conducting crop trials and trying to outwit the deer and gophers, in hopes of selling produce at local farmers’ markets in 2012. At our cidery, Tilted Shed Ciderworks, we have begun producing our first batches of hard cider featuring 100% organic, Sonoma County–grown heritage apples. We will release our inaugural bottlings in 2012 at retail outlets and restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We are committed to supporting local agriculture and biodiversity. We use organic and biodynamic practices to promote a healthy ecosystem and provide habitat for beneficial animals and insects. And we have fun and drink good cider while we’re at it!
